Your Role

As an Optometrist, you combine professional eye-care expertise with a strong customer focus. You independently perform optometric examinations, identify visual needs and potential abnormalities, and provide customers with clear and professional advice on vision correction.

You play an important role in maintaining the professional quality of eye examinations within the store while helping customers find the optical solutions that best meet their needs. Working closely with your colleagues, you contribute to both customer satisfaction and the overall success of the store.

Delivering Professional Eye Care

You are committed to providing accurate, professional, and customer-focused eye examinations. Through your expertise and clinical judgement, you help customers better understand their vision needs and guide them towards appropriate solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Perform optometric examinations and refractions independently.

• Assess visual complaints and identify customers' vision needs.

• Explain examination outcomes in a clear and understandable way.

• Recognise symptoms or findings that require medical evaluation.

• Refer customers to ophthalmologists or other medical specialists when appropriate.

• Ensure examinations are performed according to professional standards and local regulations.

Providing Expert Optical Advice

You understand that excellent eye care goes hand in hand with excellent customer service. By translating examination results into practical recommendations, you help customers make informed decisions about their vision solutions.

You will:

• Advise customers on suitable lenses, frames, and optical products.

• Explain available options and recommendations clearly.

• Support customers throughout their purchasing journey.

• Deliver a professional and reassuring customer experience.

• Contribute to commercial success through trusted advice and excellent service.

Supporting Quality and Knowledge Sharing

As an eye-care professional, you help ensure consistently high standards within the store. You enjoy sharing your expertise and supporting colleagues in their professional development.

• Help maintain accurate measurements, documentation, and customer records.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist who is passionate about delivering high-quality eye care. You combine strong clinical expertise with excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers make informed decisions about their vision and eye health.

You are comfortable working independently while also being a valuable member of a collaborative team. Your professional attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality allow you to provide a consistently excellent experience for every customer.

To be successful in this role, you bring:

• Qualifications that meet the statutory requirements to practise as an Optometrist in Poland.

• Valid registration in the Central Register of Persons Authorised to Practise a Medical Profession (RIZM), where required.

• Strong knowledge of optometry, refraction, visual function, and optical products.

• The ability to work with examination equipment, retail systems, and customer records.

• Excellent communication and advisory skills.

• Fluency in Polish and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.

• A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
